Holiday Concepts members can book eligible travel through Member Privileges Travel (MPT) by following the process outlined below. This ensures bookings are handled smoothly and membership entitlements are correctly applied.
Step 1: Browse Available Travel Offers
Log in to the Member Privileges Travel (MPT) website and browse the available TLFS/TTT savings on eligible cruises, tours, or holiday packages.
Step 2: Complete Your Booking
Once you’ve selected an offer, the booking is completed through the standard Member Privileges Travel booking process with the assistance of an MPT consultant.

The Member Privileges Travel team is available during business hours to assist with enquiries, bookings, and any questions you may have about your travel options.
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (AEST)
Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm (AEST)
Sunday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (AEST)
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and travel documents.
Step 3: Verify Membership Entitlements
As part of the booking process, the Member Privileges Travel agent will confirm that you have sufficient points or weeks available to complete the exchange.
Step 4: Deduction of Points or Weeks
On a weekly basis, Holiday Concepts is notified of all completed TLFS/TTT bookings.
Once notified, the applicable points or holiday week will be deducted from your membership account.
